We try to ship all machine orders within 2 days of receiving your order. On machines with free shipping this is fairly easy to accommodate because we do not have to coordinate back and forth with you on the shipping cost, whether you have a residential or business location or whether you have a forklift or loading dock (most people don't).
We do production runs of machines every 2-3 months working around our trade show schedule where you visit with us in various parts of the world. As you know from our videos, we do not do not outsource or ‘blindly’ manufacture machines without being intimately involved in managing the quality. That means hands on. We have found the only way to build reliable equipment anywhere in the world be it in the USA, Europe or Asia is to make sure we have skilled people who understand the purpose and correct functionality of the machines involved in the intimate details of manufacturing, assembly and configuration.
